I'll take the admin and follow-up off your plate.

Rescue My Workday sets up and runs the admin and follow-up for mortgage agents and brokers in Ontario: calling buyers back and booking them, reminders and no-shows, chasing documents and lender conditions, the recap after every meeting, and renewal and referral follow-up. It's done for you, around the tools you already use. You keep the advice.

I was a licensed mortgage agent, so I know where the day goes: telephone tag with buyers, and the NOA that still hasn't come in with the financing deadline coming up. None of it is the part you're licensed for, and all of it has to happen.

What my team takes off your plate

  • When a buyer calls or fills in a form, we call back, answer the same process questions, and book them around their work hours.
  • Before the meeting, we confirm, send reminders, reschedule cancellations, chase no-shows, and rebook couples when one of them can't make it.
  • While the file is open, we chase NOAs, T4s, pay stubs and job letters, keep the lender conditions moving against the financing deadline, and keep the realtor and the lawyer updated.
  • After every meeting, the file notes get written, the next steps get set, and the recap with the document list goes out.
  • After closing, your past clients hear from you before the bank does at renewal, and again when rates move. We send the home-anniversary messages and ask for the Google review and the referral.

Every Monday you get one report: calls caught, appointments booked, documents in and reviews won, so you can see exactly what your team did.

What stays with you

Anything that needs your licence: the advice, the rates, which mortgage fits. The assistants that answer calls, texts and chats stick to everyday questions and send anything that needs advice straight to you. You approve the scripts and messages before anything goes live, the assistants stick to them, and everything is prepared for your brokerage's compliance review first.

"Always check everything that goes out. AI can help with the task, but it should always be checked to make sure it's complete and sounds like you."

Arthur Smelyansky, former licensed mortgage agent

Questions agents ask before they hand it over

Should a mortgage agent hire an assistant, buy software, or have the admin done for them?

Any of the three can work. A mortgage CRM gives you the tools, and someone still has to set it up and run it every day. An assistant gives you an extra pair of hands, and you train and manage them. My team sets it all up, CRM included, connects it to your phone, calendar and email, and runs it for you. Everything is set up in your name, so it moves with you if you ever change brokerages.

Do I have to change brokerages or tools?

No. You stay with your brokerage, and your deal software stays as it is. We connect your phone, calendar, email and website, and the CRM comes included, set up in your name. We learn how your practice already runs and fit around it: your process, your voice. If something already works, we keep it.

How long until it's running?

Your front desk, follow-ups, past-client outreach and reviews are live within 14 days of getting everything we need from you. If we're the reason they aren't, you pay no monthly fee until they are. The 14 days start once we have everything on our checklist, like access to your calendar, phone and email, and your OK on the wording your clients will see. Time waiting on your brokerage's approval doesn't count. Getting found on Google and in AI answers takes longer.

What does it cost?

One monthly fee covers the whole team and the management, with no setup fee. Calls and texts are billed straight to your own card. I give you the exact number on your walkthrough call, before you decide anything. It starts with the free Growth Infrastructure Audit.
