Privacy
Your information, in plain words.
We collect what we need to run your free Growth Infrastructure Audit and to talk to you about it. We don't sell it, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we collect
When you request an audit: your name, email, mobile number, city, the kind of practice you run, your website, your brokerage, MGA or firm if you share it, what you're best at, your numbers for a typical month (leads, new clients and what falls through), and your goal. When you book a walkthrough, we also keep the time you picked.
Why we collect it
To run your audit (we look at your public website, how you show up on Google and in AI answers, and your public presence), to prepare your report, and to contact you by email, phone or text about your audit and your walkthrough. You agree to that when you accept the terms on the form.
Marketing messages
Emails and texts with tips, updates, events and offers are optional. Each has its own box on the form, and leaving them unticked doesn't affect your audit. We send them only on the channel you said yes to, and we keep a record of when you said yes and the exact wording you agreed to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply "stop" to any text. Once you withdraw, the messages stop.
Where it's kept
Your details are stored in the customer-management and scheduling tools we use to run Rescue My Workday. Some of those service providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to local laws. They handle it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your audit request and report while we're in touch about them, and for up to two years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
What we never do
We don't sell your information. We don't pass it to your brokerage, MGA, dealer or carrier. We don't use what we learn about your practice for anything except your own audit and our conversations with you.
See, correct or delete your information
Email hi@rescuemyworkday.com and ask. We'll tell you what we hold, fix anything that's wrong, or delete it, and confirm when it's done. To stop hearing from us, reply "stop" to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Questions and complaints
Arthur Smelyansky is responsible for how Rescue My Workday handles personal information. Send any question or complaint about your information to hi@rescuemyworkday.com, and he'll look into it and reply to you. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
If you become a client: your clients' information
When we set up your support team, your clients' messages, call recordings and documents are kept in the systems we set up in your name. Access is limited to you, Arthur and the implementation team working on your account. We use your clients' information only to run your practice's workflows, never for our own marketing or anyone else's, and we delete it when you ask or on your last day with us. If you want a copy, ask for it before your last day. The specific systems, where they store data and how long records are kept are set out in your client agreement.
