Fix the foundation. Connect the follow-up. Grow the practice.
Rescue My Workday helps Ontario financial services advisors fix their website, connect their lead follow-up, and improve their Google visibility — in the right order. Sending more prospects to a broken website or a disconnected follow-up process only makes the leak bigger.
Website projects are one-time. Optimize and Grow are optional monthly services.
Built by a former advisor. Your website stays on your domain and remains yours.
Life insurance advisor? See how your chair is covered →Somebody looked for you this month. What did they do next?
You’ll never actually get this text. Most referrals just go elsewhere quietly — you never find out why. The free audit shows you what he saw — and whether the leak is your website, your visibility, your follow-up process, or a combination of all three.
Hey — gave your name to my brother-in-law. He's going to look you up 👍
So awkward… he Googled you, but a bunch of other advisors came up above you. He ended up calling one of them. Sorry man.
The free audit shows you exactly what he saw.
Free Foundation Audit
We review what happens between the referral and the inquiry — then hand you a written report showing what is working, what is leaking, and which stage should come next.
No cost. No obligation.
Start with a free foundation auditWhat appears when someone searches your name
Whether your website explains and supports your practice — or talks like every other advisor's template
Whether forms, booking, calls, and mobile pages actually work
Whether your site can connect cleanly to follow-up systems
Whether your Google and local search foundation is ready to grow
Growth works better in the right order
Most marketing providers start by selling more traffic. We start by making sure your practice is ready to convert it. Every client begins with the free foundation audit — it diagnoses which stage you're ready for. If your current site already meets the standard, we connect the follow-up system without rebuilding it.
STEP 1Fix your website
Required foundation · $500 one-timeWe repair, rebuild, or migrate your website so it is clear, credible, mobile-ready, technically sound, and prepared to capture inquiries. Depending on what the audit finds, your project may include:
- Priority fix list from your audit (up to 15 items)
- Website and messaging improvements
- Mobile and performance repairs
- Forms and appointment booking
- Analytics and conversion tracking
- Technical SEO foundations
- Compliance-review preparation
$500 one-time. The repaired website is yours, on your own domain. Full rebuilds and work beyond the audited fix list are Maccabi Advisory projects from $3,500.
STEP 2Optimize your follow-up
Added after the foundation passes · from $300/monthInstalled once your website passes the foundation requirements. We connect the site to one system for managing inquiries, appointments, follow-up, and reviews — so fewer opportunities depend on someone remembering the next step. Depending on the plan, this may include:
- CRM and opportunity pipeline
- Forms and calendars
- Email and text follow-up
- Missed-call text-back
- Appointment reminders
- Lead-nurture workflows
- Review requests
- Reporting and system monitoring
From $300/month plus a one-time implementation fee. Usage-based email, phone, text, and AI charges are billed separately.
STEP 3Grow your visibility
When the system is ready · from $999/monthOnce the foundation and follow-up are working, we help more of the right prospects find you. Grow packages may include:
- Local SEO strategy
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Service and location pages
- Content development
- Technical SEO
- Ranking and Maps tracking
- Citation and authority work
- Search-performance reporting
Two plans — $999 and $1,499 per month — each including the Optimize layer, on one invoice.
More traffic does not solve a broken website or inconsistent follow-up. It only makes the leak bigger.
Three disciplines. Three different practices. One system built around yours.
Your discipline has its own regulator, its own sales rhythm, and its own reasons clients pick you. Start with your page.
Life Insurance Advisors
Renewals, reviews, and referrals — a practice built on relationships that your website should protect. See how we handle FSRA conduct rules, carrier requirements, and the name-search moment that decides referred cases.
Your page →Mortgage Agents
Speed wins files. When a realtor or a past client sends someone your way, the search happens the same hour. See how we handle FSRA mortgage rules and the fast-moving referral moment.
Your page →Financial Advisors
Trust is the product. Prospects check you quietly and compare you slowly. See how we handle OSC and CIRO advertising rules, title protection, and the long look before the first call.
Your page →Own your website. Choose your level of ongoing support.
The website is yours
Your brokerage profile belongs to the brokerage. A rented template site can disappear when the subscription ends. We build or repair your website on a domain you control — once the project is complete and paid for, the site is yours, through every firm change. There is no mandatory website rental or maintenance retainer.
Optimize and Grow are separate, optional monthly services. That money pays for active technology, monitoring, support, automation, and ongoing growth work — not for permission to keep your website.
Prepared for compliance review
We organize and review every page using current published guidance relevant to your discipline — FSRA mortgage brokering rules for mortgage agents, FSRA insurance conduct plus carrier and MGA advertising rules for life insurance advisors, OSC and (where securities-licensed) CIRO for financial advisors, with Ontario title protection across all three chairs. The founder reviews every project personally before it ships. Final approval always remains with your brokerage, MGA, carrier, compliance department, or legal counsel.
Why a former advisor built this
I held the licenses. I sold life insurance under my own FA license. I worked as a mortgage agent. I sat in the financial advisor's chair. In every role, referrals were the lifeblood — and in every role, I never once checked what a referred prospect actually found when they searched my name.
Template subscription platforms sell every advisor the same skeleton. Your broker's profile page ranks for the firm, belongs to the firm, and vanishes the day you leave. Neither is made for you. Neither is yours. Rescue My Workday fixes your site on your own domain, and you own it. No mandatory maintenance retainer. Every page is checked against the correct regulator's published guidance — FSRA, OSC, CIRO.
Questions before you run the audit
What does the audit cost?
Nothing. The audit shows whether referred prospects can find you, trust what they see, contact you easily, and enter a follow-up process that does not depend on someone remembering. Behind that sit the technical checks: broken forms, mobile speed, Maps listing, AI-findability signals, and whether your site shares its skeleton and sentences with other advisor sites. You see what a referred prospect finds when they search your name before any money changes hands. If the report comes back clean, that is a valuable written finding too. You lose nothing by checking.
What does the Website Rescue cost?
Every project begins with the free audit and is scoped by what your practice needs. Repairing an existing website is priced differently from creating or migrating a new advisor-owned site — website projects can include up to 10 pages and are billed as a one-time project. Hosting, domain renewal, and third-party software are separate. After the website is ready, you may add Optimize for CRM, booking, follow-up, and automation, or a Grow package for ongoing SEO and visibility work — those services include an implementation fee where applicable and an ongoing monthly fee.
Do you work with my discipline?
Only financial services advisors — life insurance advisors, mortgage agents, and financial advisors. The founder sold life insurance under his own FA license, worked as a mortgage agent, and has sat in all three chairs. Mortgage agents are checked against FSRA mortgage brokering rules. Life insurance advisors against FSRA insurance conduct and carrier/MGA advertising rules. Financial advisors against OSC, and CIRO where securities-licensed. Ontario title protection applies across all three. He reviews every project personally.
Who owns the site when you are done?
You do. The completed website lives on a domain you control — not a profile page on your broker's or MGA's site, which belongs to the firm, ranks for the firm, and vanishes the day you leave. There is no mandatory website rental or maintenance retainer. Advisors who want ongoing automation, CRM management, and SEO growth can add an Optimize or Grow monthly plan — that pays for active systems and ongoing work, not for permission to keep your website.
Do I have to rebuild my website before using Optimize?
Every client begins with a foundation audit. If your current website already meets the technical, messaging, ownership, and conversion requirements, we approve it and proceed with the Optimize setup. If it does not, we repair or rebuild the required foundation first. We do not connect more automation or growth services to a website that is not ready to support them.
See where opportunities are leaking
A referred prospect searches your name, visits your website, and decides whether to contact you. The free audit shows what they find, whether the site works, and whether your follow-up foundation is ready — in writing. No cost, no commitment.
