What we collect when you run the free audit, how long we keep it, and what we never do with it. You run the audit because you want to see what a referred prospect finds when they search your name. That takes your name and your website address — not a subscription, not a profile on our platform, not a retainer. Your data does not become leverage we rent back to you. We do not sell it. We do not pass it to your brokerage or MGA. We do not use it to pitch services we never name on the public site.
What we collect, and why
When you request the free audit
We collect your name, email address, website address, city, and discipline (life insurance, mortgage, or financial advising). We use them to run the automated audit against your site and your name in search, and to deliver the written report to your email. The report and its underlying findings are retained so that follow-up messages can tell you what changed since your specific report date.
After your audit
You are enrolled in an email follow-up sequence tied to your original audit date — what changed in regulator guidance, site signals, and AI-answer sources since your report. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the sequence immediately.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with your brokerage, MGA, or carrier. We do not use audit findings about your site for any purpose other than your own report and follow-up. Later-stage services engage their own separate data-handling agreements, only if and when you opt in.
Questions or removal requests
Email hello@rescuemyworkday.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Deletion removes your contact record, your report, and your place in any follow-up sequence.

Free Foundation Audit
An automated report on your site and what a referred prospect actually finds when they search your name — site health, broken forms, mobile speed, Maps listing, and AI-findability signals. We collect your name, website URL, email, city, and discipline to run the audit and deliver the report. It is the first step for every new client. No cost, no commitment. A clean audit is a valuable written finding too — you keep the report either way.
Website Rescue
A one-time technical repair of everything the audit found — speed, mobile, forms, tracking, compliance pages. Each project is individually scoped and built. Every page is checked against the correct regulator's published advertising and title rules for your discipline — FSRA for mortgage and insurance conduct, OSC for financial advisors, CIRO only where securities-licensed, Ontario title protection across chairs. Project files and correspondence are retained for the duration of the engagement and kept afterward only as needed to support a future repeat Fix you order.
Optimize (after the fix)
Message capture, follow-up, renewal reminders, cross-sell automation. Added in sequence after the Website Rescue stage. Data handling for this service is governed by a separate agreement engaged only when you opt in.
Grow (when you're ready)
Local SEO, Maps, name search, AI-answer visibility. Offered to Optimize clients, in sequence. Data handling for this service is governed by a separate agreement engaged only when you opt in.

Is the audit really free?
Yes. The free foundation audit costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You receive a written report on what a referred prospect finds when they search your name. You read it before any money changes hands. If the audit comes back clean, that is a valuable written finding too. The Website Rescue, if you choose it, is a one-time project fee scoped individually from what the audit found. No mandatory maintenance retainer. No monthly subscription.
Will you contact me after the audit?
You receive the report by email, followed by a sequence tied to your audit date that tracks what changed since your report. Every message has an unsubscribe link. There is no phone follow-up you did not ask for, and no verbal sales pitch attached to the report.
Who owns the work?
You do. We fix your site and you own it outright, on your own domain — every file, every account, every asset. Your audit report is yours too. You own the completed website outright. If you want ongoing care, automation, and growth, the optional Optimize and Grow monthly plans cover active systems, monitoring, support, and ongoing work — not permission to keep your site.
