Optimize your follow-up
Once your website passes the foundation requirements, we connect it to one system for managing inquiries, appointments, follow-up, and reviews. The point is not the technology — it is that fewer opportunities depend on someone remembering the next step. A referred prospect who fills out your form gets a reply, a booking link, a reminder, and a follow-up, whether or not you were at your desk.
Plans from $300/month plus a one-time implementation fee. Available after your website passes the foundation audit.
One system behind your website, instead of six tools that don't talk
Here is the shape of the system — and below it, exactly what each plan includes:
Capture and pipeline
CRM and opportunity pipeline, forms, and calendars — every inquiry from your website, phone, or email lands in one place with a next step attached, instead of a sticky note.
Follow-up that runs itself
Email and text follow-up, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, and lead-nurture workflows. Automate the repetitive follow-up so fewer opportunities depend on someone remembering to reply.
Reputation and reviews
Review requests sent at the right moment in the client journey, so your Google presence grows from the clients you already serve well.
Reporting and monitoring
A monthly view of inquiries, bookings, and follow-up activity, plus system monitoring and one workflow adjustment per month — the system is watched, not just installed.

How the billing works
Optimize has a one-time implementation fee to set up and connect the system, then a monthly service fee for the active technology, monitoring, support, and ongoing workflow care. Usage-based email, phone, text, and AI charges are billed separately at cost.
Your website is not held hostage by any of this. The site from your Website Rescue project is yours, on your own domain, whether or not you run Optimize. The monthly fee pays for active systems and work — not for permission to keep your website.
Questions advisors ask about Optimize
Do I have to rebuild my website first?
Every client begins with the free foundation audit. If your current website already meets the technical, messaging, ownership, and conversion requirements, we approve it as the foundation and proceed straight to the Optimize setup. If it does not, we repair or rebuild what is required first — connecting automation to a website that cannot capture or convert only automates the leak.
What does it cost?
Optimize Basic is $300/month; Optimize Advanced is $500/month. Both add a one-time implementation fee scoped to your setup. Usage-based charges — email volume, phone minutes, text messages, AI features — are billed separately at posted rates. Exact pricing is confirmed after your audit, because the scope depends on what your practice already has in place.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website stays yours — it lives on your own domain and was paid for once. If you stop Optimize, the connected systems and automations stop running. Eligible account data and portable assets are transferred to you on request; certain workflows, software configurations, templates, and third-party functions may require rebuilding elsewhere or may not transfer directly. The monthly fee pays for active service, not for holding your assets.
Is client communication compliant?
Follow-up templates and workflows are prepared with your discipline's advertising rules in mind — FSRA for mortgage and insurance conduct, OSC for financial advisors, CIRO where securities-licensed — and every conversation the system handles is logged, so your records are consistent. Your compliance desk always has final say on the language used.
Find out if your foundation is ready for Optimize
The free foundation audit reviews your website, your name-search presence, and how cleanly your site can connect to follow-up systems. If your foundation passes, Optimize can be installed without a rebuild. If it doesn't, the report shows exactly what needs fixing first — in writing, before any money changes hands.
